Synergy tip: Request Notification

Did you know that you can stay informed about any request even though you are not an actor in the request process?

Instead of searching for the request in order to see which changes have been made or what the status is, you can use the notification feature. With a simple click on the ‘light bulb’ icon, you can activate the notification and receive a copy of the request in your workflow.
